I have three classes (including a 1-credit seminar in economic development with Bill Easterly) done and two classes left to go to finish up the semester. I pulled an all-nighter last night finishing up my paper for Public Choice. I had been busy all weekend reading up and researching more info for it and felt like I was finding some real gems of knowledge -- particularly from the Acts of Faith book I've mentioned in several previous posts.
On my way to campus to turn in my paper, I stopped by Kinkos to print out a nice copy to turn in. I was shocked at how large the font was and didn't have a chance to modify it before turning it in. I had to chortle at it -- it looked like the large print edition of a book or something.
I was planning on coming home to take a nap this afternoon, but kept running into friends on campus and instead spent a wonderful afternoon outside, chatting with my classmates. Ali dropped by campus this evening at 6:45 to pick me up to go see Spider-Man 3. We both really enjoyed it.
I am extremely worn out right now, but cannot think of a better way to have spent the day than hanging out with friends enjoying the beautiful weather. It is times like this that really make me appreciate my decision to come back to school.
I have a meeting with one of my profs sometime tomorrow, but will finish preparing for that in the morning. In the meantime, my bed is calling my name.
Next Tuesday, another semester will all be over...
