What Do You Wish You'd Been Told Before Leaving School?

Lifehacker asks the question.  Scroll down to the comments to see readers' answers.

My Answer:  Do whatever it takes in your 20s to figure out what you want to spend the rest of your life doing (vocationally) and who you want to spend it with.  If you don't succeed at doing this in your 20s, start as soon as possible.  Don't be afraid of switching careers several times or dating many people as part of this process.  Risk is a necessary element of both.  The rewards are worth it.
