Weighed in this morning after being out of town for a few days and discovered I just hit my target weight. Lost 18 pounds in 7 weeks and 1 day with no change in behavior other than recording what food I'm eating & maintaing a daily target for net caloric intake. Belt on the last notch, pants lose, feeling great!
