I really like the simplicity of this layout and the great use of a small space. As much as I love my new 24" widescreen monitor, it basically required me to purchase a new desk from IKEA to have enough space for it and my laptop. The screen is so huge, it totally dominated my old desk. While I don't regret my choice in the slightest, the size of your desk and your space is something important to consider when purchasing a widescreen monitor.
