I love this picture. It got me thinking about how people tend to have one of two very different perspectives on the way government works:1) The cow represents private enterprise, the farmer represents the taxpayers, and the cat is the government.
2) The cow represents government programs, the farmer is the government, and voters are the cat.
How do you view the world?
