- Choose only three things to do today.
- Choose for impact, not urgency.
- Choose them the night before.
- Start on them immediately.
- Don't check email until the first one's done.
- Choose a fourth, more important task to procrastinate on.
- Take breaks in between.
- When you're done, celebrate with a nap.
- Batch process smaller tasks.
