Health and Happiness in the Hands of Politicians?

In my experience, one enjoys better service and a wider selection at a crummy little dollar store than at the public library/post office/Department of Motor Vehicles. Also in my experience, doctors and entrepreneurs have clearer motives and stronger motivations to gratify an individual customer, than Barack Obama has interest in a single sub-millionaire voter. But if Paul Krugman wants to put his health and happiness in the hands of politicians, I wish him luck.
