Still Stuck

Unfortunately, the reboot didn't work and now they're telling us it is a problem with a "microswitch". I'm not exactly sure what that is, but it sounds like something small that's supposed to flip...

Maintenance is on their way to see if they can get it working. Hopefully, we'll be underway soon.
