Back on the Plane

I'm back on the plane after a flurry of confusion among both passengers and United staff. They gave us minimal information after we de-planed and as a result I expect it may be some time before we get everyone back onboard - especially after having everyone remove their luggage. (Times like this make me glad to always fly carry-on only.)

I would rather experience this kind of delay than fly unsafely. I am thankful for the thoroughness in flight prcedures to (hopefully) catch things that might make trouble during the flight. Being risk-averse in this area is an appropriate strategy for the airlines.

I had just enough time to dash off and get a soda before coming back on board.
