Behavioral Economics and Government Intervention

Last week I wrote that the findings of behavioral economics still do not justify government intervention in the economy. It looks like Don Boudreaux and Drew Fudenberg agree.

P.S. -- Jane Galt also weighs in with the greatest clarity of all:
1) People are often stupid
2) Bureaucrats are the same stupid people, with bad incentives.
