Ball of Whacks!

In the mail today was Roger von Oech's Ball of Whacks. What is it? It's a magnetic brainteaser/puzzle that is made up of 30 small pyramids with rare-earth magnets. Each one of the pieces is a golden ratio rhombic pyramid and they come connected together in the shape of a 30-sided rhombic triacontahedron.

I just opened it up a bit ago and can already tell I will be spending many hours playing with this. I tried making several of the shapes in the included book and am already getting addicted.

I read Roger von Oech's A Whack on the Side of the Head years ago and would definitely recommend it. I also have his book, A Kick In the Seat of the Pants, and his Creative Whack Pack. His books and products are a ton of fun and will definitely help get your creative juices flowing.
