This is a video clip from a TV show called "America's Got Talent". It is of two quick change artists -- the lady is able to change her outfit in less than 2 seconds. She does it again and again. It absolutely floored me when I first watched it (and still does)!
I used to do magic tricks for kids down at Give Kids the World and I have absolutely no idea how they did this!
