My Final Final

I am just a few minutes away from heading out the door to go take my microeconomics final. It is my last final of this semester and of my first year. I think I’m about as ready as I’m going to be. I could have always benefited from a few more days of study, but seeing how that’s not an option, I’ve tried to maximize the time I’ve had.

Micro has definitely come to me much easier than macro has. There seems to be much more consistency and a systematic structure to it that very much appeals to me. Professor Caplan’s class has truly been a joy to be in. We’ve covered topics such as public choice, game theory, monopolistic competition, signaling, search theory, behavioral economics, and more.

This has been one of those rare courses that I can honestly say I came out of almost every class with something new to think about that has affected how I view the world. Regardless of how I do on the final, I have thoroughly enjoyed the class.

For good or for bad, after tonight it will be DONE!!!
